Cold‑Weather Shipping for Air Plants We want your new air plants to arrive happy and healthy. When temperatures drop below 40°F, we take extra steps to keep them cozy on their journey.

We offer optional heat packs to help protect your plants from the cold. If it’s chilly where you live, we recommend adding a heat pack at checkout.

🚚 Best Shipping Choice

Faster shipping (like Priority Mail) gives your plants the best chance of staying warm. Bringing your package inside soon after delivery also helps. Avoid delivery to outdoor mailboxes or parcel lockers.

🌱 Live Arrival

Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies when a heat pack is added during cold weather (temperatures were below 40°F) and the package was not left outside after delivery.  Delivery was made on the first attempt

We cannot replace plants damaged due to cold exposure when a heat pack was not purchased.
